“There is a feast going on, all the way down at Saint George” and, right after the celebration, the shepherds return to the pastures perched on the mountains. Νature is in full bloom, we make our way to florescent Vamvakou to make an Easter wreath full of resurrection, colours and wishes!
Folklore, the revival of customs and local traditions and life in the countryside are revealed to the little visitors of the village following a hands-on approach. Children learn from the wisdom of countryside people and express their creativity inspired by the customs and practices of the region that they find out through visits to places and people of the village, narration of folk tales and legends, traditional games, dance and constructions.
