How can Lego blocks turn into a fairy tale setting? How can objects-toys turn into musical instruments? How can the materials provided by nature serve for structures or original games? How can books, music and board games become a tool for the creation of imaginary stories? How can messy play – a tool of experimentation and freestyle expression – be used in this school? How can a school transform into a pleasant and fun environment for all and a space of art and expression open to little and big kids?
At the school of Vamvakou – a different school – no classes take place and everything is turned upside down! Everyone has a place here, regardless of age. Our purpose is to make the most of our time creatively, driven by artistic expression, environmental consciousness, teamwork and the enhancement of human relations. Every time, our voyage starts with games and lots of imagination to get to a destination-surprise!
Silence is also welcomed in this session… both on an individual and group level!
