Forming Greek Christmas cookies – Making Greek chocolate salami

This year, we will be leaving biscuits and milk by the Christmas tree. Young and old may join us at the Vamvakou School just before Christmas in baking cookies and making Greek chocolate salami, one of the most mouthwatering sweets.
