Yoga is an ancient method which combines body movement, breath control and concentration aiming at the physical wellbeing, internal harmony and mental serenity of participants.

The session will include a series of standing and sitting asanas (positions) in flow, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. You will need to bring your own mat and blanket.
