Are walnuts actually a superfood? Join this workshop to explore the nature of the walnuts of Vamvakou and learn about their benefits in our diet through hands-on activities.

We will break them, studying forces and tools, analyze them, discover their form through play, detect their nutrients and reveal their hidden colours.

The V.Lab (Vamvakou Technology Lab fully powered by SNF) was created thanks to an exclusive grant by Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) as part of Vamvakou Revival project.
