Breathing Meditation in the forest

This year, you are invited to the forest to take a deep breath at an altitude of 900 meters! In this session, addressed to all ages, we will relax, take an hour to ourselves, and give ourselves space by practicing ‘pranayama’, the practice of breath control. The body will be relieved in different Yoga positions that will enable us to focus on how to channel the life force (prana) through lengthening our breath (ayama). We will listen to our breath and consciously channel it through our body. Our objective? To free ourselves from the shallow and cut-off breath that everyday life frenzy brings along.
