Carpentry and Tinkering workshop

The school will become a creative space, where children will learn the technique of woodworking following the instructions of carpentry teachers, to make an object, such as a toy, a miniature piece of furniture or a musical instrument, on their own. This workshop aims to make children experience the joy of creating and crafting, using real tools properly and safely. They will screw, nail, measure and develop their mathematical and critical thinking, by choosing on their initiative which parts to use, and how the object or hero they have imagined making, will look like.
