You don’t need to be fit or flexible to enjoy yoga! The chair provides support and safety for your body while improving strength and flexibility through an accessible form of exercise that still preserves all the benefits of traditional yoga. Through the flow of our breath, we’ll explore mindful movement as well as stillness, creating together the right conditions for mental calmness, physical health, and connection with the present moment. Chair yoga is ideal for everyone—and you can experience it in the idyllic setting of the Vamvakou school.
