Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age, meaning they must have been born before June 7, 2008. Participants must be in good physical condition and have registered online; otherwise, they will be excluded from the race.

Registration: Registration is considered valid only if you complete it through the website. Once you complete your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing instructions and links to complete payment. Only paid registrations are considered valid. If you wish to cancel your participation, you can do so automatically via the email you received, so that the spot can be released and offered to another interested participant.

Entries: Limited to 200 participants

Race Kit: All registered participants will receive a race number and timing chip, a bag for their personal belongings, a commemorative race T-shirt, a buff, socks, a medal, and a light meal at the finish line.

Symbolic participation fee: €15

The Vamvakou Mountain Run returns for its 6th year, once again bringing together runners from all over Greece in one of the Peloponnese’s most authentic mountain landscapes.

Those interested are invited to register using this form. The race is open to all, and official electronic timing will be provided on all courses so that all runners can track their performance. All runners will receive a commemorative participation medal, and awards will be presented for the top performances. In addition to the awards, the organizers will hold a raffle for one lucky participant from each race. The prize will be announced shortly.

Awards

During the closing ceremony, medals will be awarded to the first 3 winners of the general rank for both Men and Women, to all races (29km, 19km και 7km respectively). Moreover, the first three winners from each age group (18-39, 40-59, 60+) will also be awarded. Runners who have already been awarded in the overall classification are excluded from this award.

The closing ceremony for the 7 km race, including the medal ceremony, will take place at 1:00 p.m.; the closing ceremony for the 19 km race, including the medal ceremony, will take place at 2:00 p.m., and at 3:00 p.m., the closing ceremony for the 29 km race will take place, featuring a medal ceremony.

For the 19km race, one participant will win an Alpha 6.0 Midnight Blue backpack and a pair of Mountain King Trail Blaze poles.
